Hogan Lovells represented NX Football USA LLC in an investment for a 50% equity rate of interest of Impulsora del Deportivo Necaxa, S.A. de C.V., the business that has the Necaxa soccer Club (“Club Necaxa”).
The deal was authorized by Camiseta Racing Club de Avellaneda the Mexican Football Federation on may 24, 2021. This is a landmark deal that will likely open the doors to further foreign investment in Liga MX teams.
